BCA has significant experience in designing, implementing and supporting Correctional Healthcare solutions for State, County and local governments utilizing its state of the art Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, Pearl.

Based on over ten years of experience supporting clients like the University of Texas Medical Branch’s (UTMB), Texas State Correctional Healthcare program and the Salt Lake City Jail and the Davidson County, Tennessee correctional healthcare programs, BCA has broad and deep understanding of correctional healthcare and the use of information technology, particularly Electronic Medical Records technology, to improve the quality, safety, effectiveness and efficiency of healthcare delivery in correctional environments.
