professionals supporting customers at over
40 sites across the country. As a small
minority owned business, BCA has the
ability to operate in a lean highly
flexible manner. Particularly in the
Federal market place, BCA does not have
the overhead costs of the larger
companies, which gives us an edge in
providing more innovative, responsive and

Solutions)
The Professional Services
Division has been supporting the
information technology needs of
health-related Federal agencies including
the Department of Health and Human
Services and the Department of Defense
Military Health Affairs. BCA has broad
and deep understanding of Public Health
through its provision of information
technology services to the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention for over
eleven years and its provision of
healthcare information technology products
and services to publicly funded clinics
across the country for nearly three
decades. In addition, BCA provides
information systems security services to
the Department of Defense/ Health Affairs,
Military Health System (MHS), TRICARE
Management Activity (TMA) TRICARE South
Region.

Division has core competencies in and is

Through BCA’s work in
commercial software/systems design,
development, and integration for the
commercial and State & Local healthcare

Oracle-based applications development and
integration.
BCA has been providing its
own information technology products and
services to public and private clinics
physicians and correctional institutions
for over nearly thirty years, managing
hundreds of individual implementations of
its products. Through its experience, BCA
has gained a broad and deep understanding
of the out-patient focused healthcare
provider. It has also gained a deep
understanding of the use of electronic
medical records (EMR) and other healthcare
IT applications to improve the efficiency
and effectiveness of healthcare delivery.
