The Enrollment module permits either electronic or manual data entry of member demographics.  Members can be accessed by:  name, social security number, date of birth, telephone number, medical assistance number, or recipient number.  Eligibility requirements will be tracked and maintained automatically.  Family members with different last names or different addresses can be assigned to a single guarantor.  The MCMIS effectively prevents duplicate entry of members because of its in depth cross-referencing.  A database is maintained on member enrollment locations, which enrolled them, and their enrollment reasons.  This information is stored and can be referenced to provide effective marketing strategies.  Also, a complaint resolution tracking system is included which helps to assure 100% patient satisfaction.
