The
CMS Cashiering
Module provides
user friendly, easy to use and effective means
of handling any need that may arise regarding
cashiering. Care has been taken to provide the
necessary tools to handle common everyday tasks
as simple as possible.
With this in mind, the
CMS
Cashiering Module
allows cashiers to enter encounters,
procedures, diagnosis, and other related charge
information into patient accounts, while making
any necessary adjustments in “real-time” and
accepting payments at the point of sale. The
result is an efficient and effective means of
improving customer services while maximizing
cash flow.
Once the cashiering
data is entered, the system provides easy to
use tools to allow data to be transferred from
one account to another or reversed if entered
by mistake.

patient statements upon request and provides a
host of management information at the end of
the day to help measure collections, production
and cashier performance.

produce comprehensive audit reports for all
transactions - adjustments, charges, payments,
transfers and reversals as well as daily,
weekly, monthly, etc. status reports to support
any management information needed.
