Albert Woodard serves as CEO and Chairman
of the Board of Directors for BCA. He is
one of the original founders of the
company, and has spent his entire career
devoted to using technology in the field
of healthcare and public health, and
supporting his community and being a role
model for young people.
Albert has been with BCA and served on its
board since the company’s inception in
1977. He is a recognized leader in the
fields of healthcare and public health,
information technology, business, and
community service. In; addition to BCA
Albert serves on the Board of Directors of
Classic Software Associates, Inc. He has

Albert has been recognized as the Minority
Businessman of the Year locally and
regionally and as a national finalist. He
has been appointed to the Governor of
Tennessee’s Aide de Camp with the ranking
of Colonel. He was recognized as the Most
Outstanding Alumni for the University of
Tennessee at Chattanooga School of
Engineering and the first to receive such
an award within ten years of graduation.
Albert holds an MBA from Georgia State
University, and a Bachelor’s of Science
degree in Engineering Science from the
University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
