The
CMS Patient
Information Module
is a user-friendly set of software tools that
allows over eight different methods of
accessing patient information. This BCA system
allows patient summaries to be displayed and
accessed by name, birth date, social security
number, telephone number, insurance policy
number, medical records number, family code and
patient number. It also allows patient to
easily be registered individually or as part of
a family unit. Once registered into the system
patient information is easily maintained and
transferred between families as needed and
consistent with the social structure of today’s
families.
The
CMS Patient
Information Module
provides an efficient method of capturing and
maintaining patient demographic, family,
insurance, workers compensation, managed care,
Medicare, Medicaid, employment, contact and
miscellaneous information based upon there
financial status and ability to pay. In
addition, the system has all of the
capabilities needed to communicate with
patients and their families, including
producing recall letter, marketing notices,
special program notifications, mailing labels,
call lists and a host of other displays and
reports used to identify patient groups by
services performed or services needed.
