The CMS Revenue and Production Analysis Module is a comprehensive reporting system that helps BCA customers manage every aspect of their Clinic’s performance and productivity. This system contains a set of software tools that allow BCA customers to analyze productivity for the entire practice, each sites and department, and all medical, dental and non-medical providers and disciplines.  It also reports information about patients seen, services provided and problems diagnosed.   Along with the number of procedures provided it reports the gross amount of revenue generated for any time period in more than 40 different sequences in summary and detail formats.

 This robust decision support reporting system provides BCA customer with a fast and efficient means of producing exception reports with minimum effort.  Using relational database mining techniques, information is easily accessed and readily available.  The system produces thousands of reports by over 40 sequences based upon user defined database tables.  All reports are available in both summary and detail formats.  Each format allows two (2) date ranges for comparison reporting. Extensive selection criteria allow our customers to include or exclude parameters in order to limit reporting.  All reports are easily generated without any additional programming or use of report writers.

 The CMS Production and Revenue Analysis Module provide information about the procedures performed.  Totals are based upon the sequence selected.  Each report provides totals of procedures performed, the amount of revenue generated, the percentage to the total, and the accumulated percentage based upon ranks.  Detail and summary reports produce the same set of totals.  In addition, detail reports show procedures and diagnosis performed within each department.
