access patient medication information by a
number of different criteria, including name,
medical record number, social security number
and date of birth. The Reporting section of
this system allows users to print prescription
information in a variety of formats and with
numerous selection criteria to restrict the
information being reported.
The system’s
database support section offers many useful
options as well. BCA customers can enter and
maintain all of the information contained in
the database support tables, making this system
a truly “user defined” system. They have the
full authority to manage the content of the
data in these tables including the ability to
display, print or purge their content.
Data may be
presented in a number of standard formats in
order to allow BCA customers with the maximum
flexibility to make informed and timely
decisions about patient medications and
prescriptions.
